Got some kicker speakers and wondering if it possible to mount them from the front in order to use the trim. Speakers are KS525 (5 1/4")

 

Never seen them mounted from the front. Maybe another member has. If not, try to sell them maybe someone can use them in their car. Then try a set of Biketronics 7.1 speaker that will come with the adapters for around $250 and a lifetime warranty.
