$249 for the BT7P1. Come with the adapter rings and lifetime warranty.
$135 for the Polks. Then you need 6.5" adapter rings @ $40.
So really not that much of a difference considering they have lifetime warranty on them.
BT does in fact ship overseas. Go to the website, add to cart, select your shipping method, and you're presented with shipping charges prior to placing your order.

The BT are actually the same price as the Polk MM651's if you pay retail and they come with adapters and a lifetime warranty. Hard to beat that!
