these are my rockfordfosgate in the lowers had them put in custom becuase the package was for a road glide not a limited, but with the other 8 speakers they rock

 

saw pics of your bike in a previous thread.. Not real crazy about anything other than black but man I really dig your ride! Nice touch too with the center ring of the speaker grill painted to match...

 

mounted in the lid.. I like it! Nice and clean and out of the way. curious how it's mounted there.. can you share?

I'd like to hear this too. I know on my last set up, the industrial strength velcro I used to hold my SS amp to Scott's bracket would hold it. I'd just worry about the extra weight cause my dumb *** might let the lid flop open and if the cable snaps it will be time for a new tour pack...

 

Yes ditto on STL14's ride Very nice! Always been partial to sedona orange. Well I ran into a snag today Mike over at "HAT" was so generous to send me a pair of there Imagine series 6.5" grills to run in my lowers and report back......Its a no go they will not sit flush in the speaker pod opening..............But a Huge Thanx to Mike for helping me give it a try

Except for the fact that they only work with your speaker.....No offense taken John but BT/HAT's are the best you can get!!! Just my 2 cents.
