I'm wanting to get a little bit nicer, better sounding unit. Which aftermarket head units are all of y'all using?

 

I am using Alpine but most guys on here use either Sony, Kenwood or Alpine.

 

Sony 310. Love it!

 

There any certain ones to look at that can withstand the elements?

 

The big things are the being able to read the display in sunlight and compatibility with hand control units. Sony marine units seem to good on both counts. That said, I have a Kenwood.

 

you shouldn't be looking at the head unit when you're riding anyways.. :-) Find something you like, throw it in, and get familiar with the hand controls..

I use the DSX-S310BTX as well and although the display is not very readable in sunlight, it's a great headunit.
