I just purchased a 2013 Ultra Limited. I cannot get music to play through The headset for the passenger. I have swapped headsets from front to back and the problem stays with the back connector. We have no problem with the intercom system. Is there a setting that i am missing. I have all volumes i can find turned way up.

 

you do know that the passenger has their own volume control (only for headset use) back there on the right rear speaker POD correct

 

You can also go through the audio menu with the left side switch to confirm the fader control is centered.
