Well UN once again you are right on the money. I sent them a link to my forum post and a screenshot of the 65+ views that my post had gotten only 1 hour after I posted it to the Customer Service Manager that had refused to return my phone calls. I also sent a screenshot of the HDForums active and guest membership numbers, 8870 at the time. Well 2 hours ago............ Can you say Cha Ching!!! Full refund to my Paypal account. Happy ending for me from one SH@# vendor.

Well the saga goes on for a replacement amp. I ordered a PN4.520D from SavingLots.com only to find out that they are out of stock eventhought tier site shows they have them in house. Canceled that order.
The hunt goes on meanwhile with no amp on my bike and the harness all cut I can only listen to tunes via headset.
Could always be worse.

I cancelled my Soundstream order with Savinglots, they admitted they were out of stock. I've switched gears and ordered a PPI I520.4 amp from Sonic Electronics, 5% off with code YOPD2LP. This amp looks like it shares internals with the Soundstream, I just hope it fits as it's a bit wider.
Edit: I just received notice from Savinglots that my Paypal account was refunded for the out of stock amp. Even though this deal fell through I would order from them again, very prompt customer service.
