Amazon took care of me. I re-ordered with another "unauthorized" vendor fulfilled by Amazon. If you look at Polk's link of "authorized" online dealers, there are only 3 for the MM series with Fry's being the only one currently stocking at MSRP.

I sent my Polks back to Polk in California. They received them last Thursday 6/6/13 at 0900. Signed in by Gonzalas. I still have not heard anything back. They said they would exchange them out so I guess I am in the wait and see mode.
