Polk MM651 and getting wet?
Any issues with the Polk MM651 in the rain with the Polk grill in the tour pack? Do those that tour with these speakers put on a different grill?

There are no problems with rain as the Polk's are marine rated. As for the grilles in the tour pak I'm sure someone will chime in on that...I have an SG so I only have them in the fairing

No worries with the rears getting wet either. Rode 4 hours in heavy rain storm with no issues what so ever. I have the stock spoke covers on there now and a set of DXi grills I haven't put on yet. Was thinking same as you but haven't had a reason to change them out.

a lot of folks are going with different grills mainly because of looks but ALL polk speakers are marine certified.
