99 road glide stereo
The stereo only buzzes and buzzes even with the radio turned off. Any ideas?

99! hmmm.. I'm assuming this is the same Radio Sounds head unit that's in the 98 to 05 models. Do you have more than 1 plug on the back of the head unit (ie. rear speakers)?
