need anyones help i just put an boom amp 76192-06b and wire harnnees 70178-06 on my ultra with the boom speakers hooked it up per instructions and no sound from speakers please help thanks

 

Is the speaker switch on your fairing turned "ON"?

Fader control set correctly?

 

tried speaker switch in all positions and fader is set right in the middle i put a meter on the end of the harness where it plugs into the amp and getting power there

 

Are the amp and harness brand new?

amp is used and harness is brand new i have two used amps and tried them both and nothing and the rears are the new boom pods and speakers my brother just bought a new amp going to try it on monday but would liketo hear any other suggestions leaving for florida panamacity bike week on sat and would like to have some toons for the the trip

 

also what year and make is your bike?

tried all three amps and just realized that the speakers have a hissing sound when turned all the way up on all three amps somebody told me the bike may need to go to dealer and get it updated for the amp to work with radio 2 of the amps are 76192-06b the other one is a 76000071
