Ok. Ordered the ss amp and four polk mm651... Looking at the specs for the pn4.520, I am not certain where/how to mount it. Do you have pictures of what you did?

you have a couple of options.

1.) a few members here are using 1/2" plywood, velcroing that to the headunit, then velcroing the amp to the plywood. Perfect height adjustment.

2.) you can do what I do my installs. Look here

UltraNutZ, thanks for all the help, i really appreciate it. it looks like the mm651 speakers will get here this week and the amp next week. Aside from the adapter rings, what else do i need to get? Should i get a High/Low converter like these (
Amazon.com: Boss Audio Systems Car High Level to Low Level Converter (B65N): Car Electronics Amazon.com: Boss Audio Systems Car High Level to Low Level Converter (B65N): Car Electronics
)?

you'll need either a 10ga or 8ga amp kit. No need for the line level adapter. Look in the Sticky section at the top of the audio forum. I just put this morning a bunch of step by step instructions. Use the 3rd one up from the bottom, 2012 FLHTK; same setup as yours just newer and all directions and colors are exactly the same. That's about as easy as I can make it without actually doing it for you. :-)
