Default Biketronics customer service. A +

First off I am not a representative or any way affiliated with biketronics except as a very happy customer. I have never experienced customer service like this. I have said it once and I'm saying it again if you want someone who will stand behind a product buy there stuff. I'm sold, price may be cheaper somewhere else but being treated like a person instead of an order number is worth the little extra boot it costs for someone truly standing behind their product. And there products that I have are made very nicely and are high quality. I am very impressed and happy I purchased my speakers from biketronics. I will definitely be dealing with them more in the future as I finish my audio upgrades. I just want everyone to know that it's not just a ploy it is real deal stand behind their products and try to help you in any way they can.

I post this in gratitude for the help and advice they have given me. Give these guys a chance you won't regret it.

Yea Bill is a good guy. And everyone else I've talked with extremely nice and professional. It's nice to see a company that still cares about customers and lifetime warranties and made in USA. It's a dying breed and ill buy as much American made as I can before ill settle on cheap junk I'm prolly gone give the ss amp up and go with there 4 180 amp when my dollars get right but the ss will have to do for now.
