Be sure to use a high strand count, no solid core.
UltraNutZ can validate. And for the record I'm not offended if I'm completely wrong.

2 or 4 speakers?
what model speakers?
stock head unit?
should be a forum requirement to list bike in signature line! :-)

10ga power and ground will be fine IMO. As for your remote 18ga primary will suffice. Also 18ga speaker will be work, 16ga at the largest IMO.

use your stock speaker wires. no need to change speaker wires with this setup.

2007 electra glide classic with hog tunes rear pods. I took out the hogtunes and trying to drop in the 6.5 but they do not fit. I need to trim the pods.
Thanks for the advice. 1st time doing the install myself
I just ordered the boss 8 gauge amp install kit. Seems to have everything I need. Has any one used it.

UltraNutz, I have seen you say several times to use the stock speaker wires, and I can see doing that for the rears, but for the front, either I have to cut them similar to the rear, or I need speaker wire. 2010 FLHTK, Stock HU, HogTunes Speakers (for now), SS PN4.520D amp. Or am I missing something. It is the one piece of the puzzle that has me puzzled from your DropBox photo's and wiring diagram.
