Question 92 ultra problem unsolved/audio

92 ultra classic electra glide, I have removed the Midland CB transceiver from under tour pak as well as tank mounted console w/ digital 40 channel display. My tour pak speakers were fed from the center console - now removed, ??? how do I bypass the now removed CB and wire my rear speakers. Manual says the rear speakers receive 20 watts amp'd power, ??? did the 20 watts come from the radio or the CB console, ??? are there seperate feeds from radio for rear sound or were the fronts just split. part # on radio is HD/ 78164-92. Note 91 - 92 are wired different from everything else ( prob. got carried away from all that room under the seat ) - it was a joke. Thank u 4 any thought given 2 this matter.

still looking through these diagrams for you IdoOK. In B&W they're just hard to follow.

Dumb question.. Did you by chance call and talk to the folks at Radio Sounds? They're usually pretty good about giving information on these units.

Smile 92 ultra problem solved

FYI ; the 91 - 92 ultras with the CB console on the tank --- the rear speakers are amp'd through the CB console, once removed you need a rear speaker amp made by Harley that plugs in (contact me if u have one). DO NOT split your fronts it will burn out the amp in your head unit. Music went to console through round 7 pin connector. Special THANKS MAN goes out to UltraNutz who put some time and expense in on this.
