Fairing Speakers Suggestions?

I ride a streetglide. Haven't looked at bigger speakers yet, do you think a amp would help out? Not wanting to dump a bunch of money in a stereo, but I also don't want to buy junk or something not much better than stock..

most certainly it would help. If you can afford to do it, I would go ahead and put an amp in there while you've got the fairing apart, something like the RF PBR300x2 to drive your fairing speakers would be a good choice with a pair of Polk MM651 speakers.
Polk Speakers - $136
RF PBR300x2 - $144
6.5" Speaker Adapters for fairing - $40
Misc Wire and fuse holder - $20
Total of $340 and you're into a good system that can be expanded upon later on if you want.
