Default Need a new Accessory power source?

I have installed the J&M Bluetooth Cell-Phone/GPS/Radar Integration 1998-2013 Harley Ultra kit on my 07 Ultra and it has been running great. I got the idea to add a Hogtunes Big Ultra kit and got it installed also. I tried it sitting in the garage and worked great.

But when I went to test run it, I lost speakers, turn signals and cruise. I checked the fuses on the left panel and found a 15 amp fuse smoked. I replaced it, and everything was back on. Started the bike again and blew it again.

Now, both the J&M and Hogtunes use the lighter port for power (J&M for all power and Hogtunes uses a connection for remote turn on "the orange wire for the remote turn on lead and tells the amp to turn on whenever it sees +12v ,.5 amp min.").

So apparently this is my issue but where can I find another power sensing accessory port in the fairing?

Any ideas for a quick fix...?

Update: I did remove the J&M BT module power from the lighter power and the Hogtunes audio was fine even after starting.,..now I need to figure out how to power the BT module. Accessory switch? Ideas?

There's a power wire just off the headlight connector. It will have a red cap on it.
