Default Electra glide standard speakers and amp (no head unit)

My bike came without a radio. Looking to use my ipod for a head unit instead of wasting my money on putting one in. Is there an amp with just an iPOD plug in? I'd like to have one with a data port plug so I have one cable that connects and charges my Ipod.

Or just an amp with an aux audio input? I can use my aux power connector for power then.

Alpine makes a unit exactly like you want. The part number is Alpine KTP-445u. It has many different configurations for install.

any amplifier with RCA inputs can be used with the iPod by using a 1/4" headphone to RCA cable

Yeah you can do the alpine amp. You would have to get creative with the input to grab the signal from the iPod. Not that hard to do. If you look around you can find a head unit for cheap that may fit the bill.

Perhaps install a deck that has bluetooth. Then you can have the best of all worlds, phone, ipod, cd and radio.
