Mostley its the size of the amp. The best ones on the market knowdays that work with motorcycles is the Rockford Fosgate PBR300x2 for 2 channel and PBR300X4 for 4 channel retails around $250usd very small size amp! Height 1.53" Width 4.25" Length 6.75" 300w rms and for another brand is the Arc Audio Ks125.2bX around 250w rms price $350usd the size is 8.25"(L) x 4.8"(W) x 1.7"(H)

No problem :-) the wire the amps need would be 10awg up to a 30 amp fuse nothing bigger it would be a waist.
