Has anybody ever wired their own pre amp out on an HK Harley radio?

there are many adapters out there that work really well. It wires into the speaker wires from the radio, turns that signal into low-level RCA outputs.

here's 1 link

We can do that for you.

The audio circuit after the D to A converters need to be modified prior to adding the RCA cables.

Line conditioners work ok, but still cannot address the fact that your manipulating the audio signal too much. That usually results in noise being left on the audio.Cheaper and faster option, but you get what you pay for.

No doubt what Iron Cross offers is a much superior method. I had it done myself and they do great work!

Thanks for the help. I'll either have it done or might end up changing the whole radio.
