Thanks for the help. Got it all wired up. I was just about done and over torqued the new clutch cable Now have to wait for a couple of weeks for a new cable.
Since I have to wait now, it gave me a chance to go back and clean a few parts that you normally can’t get to. And do a better job securing all the wiring harnesses. I guess I can turn the ACC on to see if I have to have the radio flashed. Might have to do that after work today.

Definitely check it. Like I said mine works fine and I did not have to have the radio flashed. If you have the two headsets just plug them in and have the wife (or someone) check it. If you only have one right now you can plug into the rear port and listen to the radio.
Also remember what positions the speaker switch does. I have gotten on the bike several times already, forgotten about the switch and wondered what the hell happened to my radio.
* You are also going to have to adjust the VOX settings (Will be frustrating at first, especially sitting still), and the intercom and CB volumes. These have to be done individually and can only be done when the radio is in each one of those modes.
Good luck.

Finally finished! Took the ride to the dealer near Mannheim Germany (Rhein-Neckar GmbH, Harley Davidson). Great friendly dealer rolled the bike in and hooked it up and within 15 min he was done. He even switched the radio to International software so I can receive European radio stations. For some reason they use a different frequency than in the US. Hooked up the 7-pin cables and it WORKED! I cannot believe I hooked everything up correctly. Now to order some IMC motorcom headsets (half the price of HD) for the helmets.
Thanks for the help and information.
