Bike is 2014 Flhtk installed whim last march with HD 50s, everything worked great now I can hear passenger but she cant hear me. reset everything including re paired them again we can both hear music. volume is good. All replies appreciated.

 

Try this. while you are talking to the passenger, ask her to turn the vol up.

Did you try switching headsets?
Rider/Passenger
Passenger/Rider

 

You might also check "Rear Controls" and be sure they are enabled... don't know if that would effect what you are trying to fix or not.
