Question Boom! Stereo, loss of volume control, help!

IDK what I have done, but I have lost the ability to control the Speaker volume On my 2017 RG Ultra. The control switch you operate with your left thumb on the Handlebar does produce a graph on the screen which shows the volume redline line moving left and right, but the actual volume is un-affected. Whats maddening is it shows the INTERCOM volume going up or down when in fact, in the settings, I have all functions (phone, radio, etc) all clearly moved over to the SPEAKERS. My lifehack for the moment is to adjust the speaker volume in settings, for some reason it works there, but is not convenient in the least. Maybe there is some secret intercom setting Im missing? Thanks in advance,,,,,,

If you haven’t accidentally put it to headsets instead of speakers, then I would start with factory reset. There are several YouTube videos showing how to do it.

Do a Google search.

I figured it out. The setting for INTERCOM was ON. I turned it OFF and the volume switch started working again. It was a tough one to figure out since the volume controls were already set to SPEAKERS. You would think that would be enough?
