Default Advise/Help on a simple 2 speaker hook up

My son got a FLD (Dyna Switchback) this past spring and just ordered a Reckless Motorcycle fairing.
He really didn't want to spend a ton on a small set up and did not want to buy "their" choices.

So I told him i have what he needs already but I'm questioning which way is "BEST" to hook up the speakers. This will be a fairing 2 speaker system.

This is what I have:
- Pair of GZ yellow Baskets
- Brand new Stinger 700x4
- JLAudio Bluetooth receiver
- I have all wiring

Question:
With the amp and speakers I have, do I connect to 2 separate channels and not use the other 2 channels?
Or... do I bridge them and use all four channels?

For the more Audio Guru's on here, what would be the best way, and then what settings do I change on the amp.
(Attached is a few pics from the back of the amp).
Thanks & much appreciated to get the best/correct way on this 2 speaker set up.

I believe those yellow baskets can take quite a bit of power and the stinger bridged is about 175w per side and 125w per channel. I vote bridge it!

That's what I was thinking. I'm under the impression that they prefer to take the power.
Thanks.

Thanks.
Bridge them at 200-225w each and set HP crossover to around 120hz and enjoy.

Great! Thank you!
So glad I asked....
(He really didn't want audio, but wanted a "finished" inner fairing. Reckless will only sell them with speaker cutouts & single din radio cutout. (Going to fiberglass the single din opening, but will attach the JL audio Bluetooth receiver).
And I still had a brand new stinger amp & 2 GZ yellow baskets that I can use.
This little 2 speaker set up should be damn good for him!!

Thanks for the help!!
