Doesn't work that way with a CVO. You will either need to replace CVO amps and add by-pass plugs, or go with component speakers as the factory speakers are ran 2 channels of amp to tweeter and 2 channels to woofer.
The only replacement speaker I know of are the Infinity Kappa Perfect set.
