Left side speaker troubleshooting
Replaced old DSP with a new Cicada DSP88. Connected everything more less the same way and following directions and have no sound out of left fairing speaker now. Bike is a 2020 FLTRXS. Speakers are new and worked fine before swap. Just to be sure tested speaker on friends bike no problem. Unplugged right side speaker harness connector and plugged left side speaker and it plays. Then put left side harness onto right speaker and nothing. So I tested left side harness thinking must be a broken wire with the multimeter from 2 position connecter at speaker all way back to connector where fairng harness joins main harness and have continuity on both wires. I'm stumped but then thats not all that tough....lol Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!.

So you swapped speakers and both play. Now swap outputs at the amp. If both play you know the harness and at least one of the channels of the amp are good. Now swap inputs to the amp from the DSP. Hopefully, you'll now get both amp channels, the wiring harness, and both speakers proven to be ok. Keep moving upstream towards the source. Swap the outputs from the DSP, then the inputs to the DSP from the HU, finally the outputs from the HU. I'm guessing you're likely going to find it's the RCA cables between the DSP and the amp and won't need to test the DSP inputs/wiring between the DSP and HU, and the HU itself.
