NVX Amplifier install budget system

NVX Amplifier install budget system
So, wanted to boost the volume and sound quality on my Sony AX-7000 and Sony 6.5 speakers installed years ago. Didn’t want to overspend but wanted something easy to install and seemed to be decent quality. So I settled on the NVX VADM2 for these reasons.
150w per channel. Only needed the two fronts
marine rated
small footprint
easy install
So install took 3 hours. First time I have done one on a motorcycle. For the money spent I thought the audio boost was pretty good. Louder and clearer than before. The Sony stereo would distort when cranked up and this doesn’t. Looking forward to listening to better tunes on the road.
here is a pic of the install.

Interesting. Yes, my Sony 7000 would definitely distort without the amp at high volume, but with the amp so far it is clear all the way to the top. That was the goal I was looking for. I am not using the speaker on the Stereo as inputs to the amp but RCA cables which I am assuming is a better signal.
