Need help wiring 6 speaker system on 08 ultra classic
I have a 2008 ultra classic I’ve recently been upgrading my audio system so I can hear it on the highway . Here’s what I’ve got so far
Swapped the factory Hk radio for Kenwood KMR-M332BT with integration module for hand controls
Installed 5 1/4 alpine 4ohm 55watt rms marine speakers in the fairing
installed 6.5 Kenwood KFC-1653MRB 4ohm 50watt rms in the lowers using adapters probably going to buy pods (for aesthetics) shortly
I purchased Alpine Mrv-f3004 channel amp 55 watt rms @4ohm. 80 watt rms @2ohm (I disassembled the amp and conformal coated the board to protect against moisture
also ordered 6x9 speaker lids and JL audio 6x9 marine speakers 70watt rms 4ohm
My main 2 questions what’s the best way to wire 6 speakers to 4 channel amp
and is it better to use rca inputs or use the built in high level inputs on the amp
* fade and balance are not my main concern

You should have come here before you bought stuff. lol
You could have upgraded to 6.5 speakers easy enough up front, which gives you choices of way better speakers.
There might be a way to wire them all, but I have a feeling you're gonna leave some(what little power you have) power on the table. Someone else might have to comment on that though. Beyond my limited knowledge.
I think speaker level inputs are usually better than RCAs if your amp has them.

There's not a good way to wire your setup. Because you have 3 different type/sizes of speakers. I mean it can be done, but not very well. If you had (4) 6.5" and (2) 6x9", you could parallel left fairing and left lower on channel 1, right fairing and right lower on channel 2 and 6x9 on channels 3 and 4.
You could wire it up with fairing parallel on channel 1, lowers parallel on channel 2 and 6x9 on 3 and 4. The issues will be you'll have to keep the power down on channels 1 and 2 and the crossovers high because your running 2 different sized speakers. Again, not ideal at all, but can work if you already have the equipment.
And use RCA for input to amp.

Run the Kenwoods together on channel 1 and Alpines on channel 2. Make sure to set gains with multimeter. You will then get 40w per speaker. No ideal for a motorcycle, but it's what you have.
