Default RF vs. HERTZ

Hello! I might consider changing out my Boom! Audio Stage 2 speaker set up. (lot's of applause happening now!!!)

I have been researching and reading, probably not as much as most of you guys. Here is the diema on bag lid speakers, my paint is not a stock paint, I have the 2018 Velocity paint set, so I cannot just replace the lids. So... I want to stick with 5x7 speakers. Here are two options I have found that seem to be fairly easy to do my self

Rockford Fosgate stage 2 4 speaker set up: https://rockfordfosgate.com/products...d14cvo-stage2/
HERTZ 4 speaker set up for CVO: https://volunteeraudio.com/product/h...-factory-radio

In the research I also found Precision Power has a 5x7 that has some pretty cool features, however I have not been able to find a kit from them that has everything I need all in one package.

Some will beat me up for considering RF...

You know there is a 5x7 to 6x9 adapter, right?

If you want to just replace your 5x7, then go with: https://motorcycleaudio.com/product/mas-57/

American Hardbaggers: https://www.americanhardbag.com/prod...y-speaker-lids

I did this to my OEM/CVO lids. It’s a bitch to do, but, it does sound better with 6x9’s

To run off stock system/amp?

And the link you posted is for the cut-in kit. You would need just the speakers and a American Hard Bag adapter kit.
