Default 4.3 Boom Wet

Have the 4.3 Boom in my 2020 Roadglide.
if I wash the bike than my radio will put out sound for a few day. After a few days there's no sound at all coming out of the speakers. The display and all the functions work except sound.
I wash the bike and sound is back for a few days.
any ideas or reasoning? Seems water should make it not work , not the other way. Water makes it work

You have warranty left on it ? If so let the dealer deal with it . Sounds like maybe a corroded connector or un-seated connector , water is a conductor , try re-seating your speaker and radio connectors while inspecting for corrosion , broken wires , loose pins , ect. Also if you had a head unit to troubleshoot with , seen 4.3's for pretty cheap sometimes , you could plug it in when your current one goes silent to tell if it's a head unit problem .
