Hi Guys, first post so I hope I’m in the right place on here.

I have a 1997 ultra classic. Got it a few months ago. I noticed that the fast forward/scan up thumb switch on right handlebar doesn’t work. It can rewind or scan down when pushed down but doesn’t work when pushed up. I thought it might be a switch issue but then I tried the switch on the passengers seat that they have to do the same thing, and same here! Rewinds but not forward. So can’t be the switch?

Im no help but im so glad my passenger cant control my music.

I would check where the wires are going and see if something came loose or pinched somewhere
