Ran those in my last bike (09 Ultra) before switching to Mmats. They play loud but they are bright and cause fatigue.. Always had a headache during long rides. Just an FYI 6.5" adapters are very cheap if that's what's keeping you from upgrading to larger speakers.

the model he listed 601CX. Unless you're adding some type of separate tweeter you wanna go with a 6.5" coax/2 way.

 

I ran my budget system for a few years , Infinity Kappa 62.11i's and a RF PBR300 amp , it was a nice improvement over stock , it struggled on the interstate. This year I went to GZ speakers and a SD amp with a DSP . . WOW what a difference , it's a completely different class of sound, loud and clear even on the interstate .

Depends what you want , it costs more but it's also a noticeable difference.
