I was setting gains with DSP and had volume up all the way and somehow the meter leads hit something and puff!!

I’ve had bad: 400.4, 800.4 EvoX2, 1200.4 x2 and 2400

Oh snap...that's a dame shame...I could only imagine how bad of a day that would have been.

Well 🤞🏼 - I've got 2 of the 800.4 evox in the fairing.

I think we have gone over this as you have had many changes on multiple threads. I think you should just KISS...😉
I also put mmats 6x9's in the bags....later replaced buy Hertz Neo show SX690's 6x9's at 150 watts each. I think the overall system sounded better with the mmats as they were a little louder and easier to hear. If Arc comes out with the CX line in 6x9's I will buy them. The Hertz's probably need more power but I am done playing this game.
8-10 times if you're frieing speakers it's not the speaker it's the set up or the way the speakers or tuned. Speakers die for the most part from distortion, have somebody do your system that knows what they're doing save you time and money.
