Upgrade 20 streetglide special sounds system

I love the information Bluesman and Fireball. its like the more research I do the more confuse I become. It seems that Saddlebags speakers are great if your in a parking lot but adds min value while riding. I am still open but I have to omit that I was leaning towards RF but have changed my mind.
Having had RF in the past, no regrets swapping them out.
I've also helped a couple buddies upgrade their RF systems. Something as simple as a Stinger SPX 700 and Mmats coax in the fairing and Mmats 6x9 coax will easily outplay the RF stuff, not to mention all the other stuff out there these days like Ground Zero GZCF, Hertz SX neo, DB Moto CD.....paired with a Sound Digital 1200.4 4ohm amp, any of those make for an awesome system.
When most of us talk about the best options for audio on our bikes, Boom, RF, Sinister, Soundz, and J&M are not part of the discussion, unless we are discussing brands to avoid.
Don't let it confuse you too much.

There are guys out there that are happy with their RF stuff, and I am happy for them. Unfortunately they just don't compare to to the aftermarket stuff out there these days, and RF isn't cheap either.

I had a system I paid $2100 to have installed, an arc 600.4 amp, AD4000's in the fairing, and DB Drive 6x9s in the bags....when i cranked up my system next to his, the look on his face told the whole story

know a guy who had the best of what RF had to offer put in his bike.....he paid them $5,100.00.....that's a lot of scratch

Build a system with 150 watts per channel to the fairing,
175 watts to the lowers, and 200 plus to the lids, and Rockford would be back in the discussion. They have a great package, great warranty, great customer service, plug and play, but unfortunately they sell an infieror product these days. Sure it's better than the factory system, sure it still sells, but it could be so much better. If it was cheaper, maybe it would be worth it, but unfortunately at the end of the day, it's expensive, for mediocre audio.
The rest of the industry is improving their products, and leaving RF in the dust.

If you got a parts list and quote from aggressive audio, he's a stand up guy and knows his stuff. I've met him and he helped me with my bike and helped my dial in my tune.

At least looking at the gear, you should have a darn nice sounding system.
