Sound upgrade

The only reason I ask .......is I was never a fan of 12" subs in a car. I always preferred the punch of a 10" sub better, but I am a rock, and blues guy.
I find it's always a good idea to find the sound you are looking for, and try and replicate it.
I have a couple shelves full of gear from trial and error, but I'm up here in Canada, and have no competitions near me to listen to other audio bikes. Sturgis, a 1000 miles from me, is the closest event for me, and that's not until August.

Well, kodie who owns and makes the voodo bags for everybody told me exactually what to run. I was wondering why he chose to go with a mid bass speaker instead of a sub but he said it's because with a sub it will not play good over 100hz but the mid will I'm just worried that it won't get as low as I like because I listen to a lot of rap but I also love contemporary and even some rock...I just love the instruments and rock is not sampled it's real music playing....

Like DSM has pointed out.
Your current amp, the 1600.1 - 2 ohm, puts out 1056 watts at 4 ohm. If you are running your speakers in parallel, they are getting approximately 523 watts each.
the same speakers but in the 4 ohm version of the RS350, wired in parallel, to that same amp gives you 1600 watts on a 2 ohm load. That would mean you have 800 watts available for each speaker. Not sure what kind of power they will take, but that's a substantial increase in wattage.
I'm actually considering those same speakers, but in 4 ohm, paired with the SD 1600.1. Not currently planning to seal the bags, as this is my daily rider, but I do have 2 sets of bags, so one could end up sealed and ported.

Like I mentioned, I'm not sure what the max wattage is that those Faitals will handle, but with the 4 ohm version, you would be able to dial the watts back to match those speakers, rather than pushing your amp to the edge.
