Who can help me out here???
So im trying to make an aftermarket speaker system (boss audio) work(power on/off) on the accessory switch. I found the plug under the seat, bought the "y" connector that goes into it. Made a plug with parts from H-D dealer to plug into one of the female ports and wire to the power & ground of the system. But when i use the brakes, it vuts it out and then it powers back up when i let off the brakes. What am i missing & not doing right? And and all help is much appreciated, pictures included to hopefully help try and make sense of this.

 

You tied into the wrong pin.

This is looking INTO the plug from the open end.

 

So by this diagram i would use my power wire to bottom left and ground top left correct?
