Default New Cicada Audio DSP88

It looks like we are going to have a very wet day today so no Daytona ride.

The up side is it gives me quality garage time to install my new Cicada DSP88. It looks like a great quality product and comes with plug-and-play connections for a Harley.

My Stinger amp and Mmats in the faring and bags sounds great but I understand that the DSP is going to take the system sound to a new level. Once set up it is all controllable through your phone.

I will post some pics and impressions later today.

Next level is dependent on how good a tuner you are. JUST installing a DSP isnt going to be a magic pill.

Look forward to your results.

I finished the installation. It was straightforward and one of the nice things is that this DSP comes with the HD specific connections so there is no need to splice anything or use a line converter. I had 2 SNI 35s before and getting rid of them freed up a lot of wiring and space.

I have not tweaked it but for those who said it wasn’t worth $300 or that it would not make much of a difference with my basic set-up they were absolutely wrong. It sounds much more full and clear.

I can’t post the video. It is too large. I put it on Facebook Road Glide Nation but I think some of it was flagged for copyright violations

because you got rid of the LLers, I was shocked how much better mine sounded when I ditched them, no DSP
