Everyone immediately says just upgrading the speakers is a waste and you have to add an amplifier. Volume was only slightly louder and probably just the better sound quality of the three way speakers but it actually sounded great. In your original post you said you were looking for something "a little better" and just the speakers are a noticeable improvement and may do it for you. For $350 it may be all you need but if more is needed then an amp and the HD/RF bag speakers could be added. As i said before adding the RF DSR1 DSP really made the entire system sound great.

To hear music loud enough on a bike in open air, you need at least 100 watts or more. You wont get that out of a HU alone.
