Isn't this the RF sub kit that was released quite a few months ago?

Harley list just the sub for 650 EACH. doesnt come with amps or wiring harnesses. So 2k or so and you're set. lol

possibly , i hadn't seen those, and ya nice you can buy them separately. i like how they are easily removable.

I've heard them. Def doesn't get low like real subs do, and they don't even get low like properly enclosed midbass do either. However, for being able to install and pull out its not to bad.

I've also wondered about any vibrations from the removable enclosure rubbing the inside of the bags. I'm sure its a tight fit, but i bet there is still some gaps here and there.

it was remarkably quiet. Prob even quieter if you fully opened up the hole from the saddlebag to let the sub sound out

Default They are different drivers than the HD kit

The Harley Davidson setup is a single 2 ohm voice coil 10. The RF kit is a dual 2 ohm voice coil driver set up as 4 ohms. The RF drivers handle a little more power.

Having said that, I like that you don't have to buy a whole kit. If you already have an aftermarket setup, you can add your own amp for half the price.
