EVOx/DSI-2 Power On Issue
I’m upgrading my amp to a SD 1200.2 EVOX. I have my remote ran to the DSI-2 with the power out remote ran to the amp. The amp is turning on without the dsp being powered on. Realize the amp is super sensitive to RCA input. Unplug from the Dsp, and the amp doesn’t come on. That issue solved.
If I switch the DSP to power on from RCA, it turns on as soon as it gets power, even without any RCA plugs plugged in. Any idea how it is “receiving” an input without anything plugged in? Or how it is outputting signal through RCA with no input?

You sound like you had it set up correctly in your 2nd sentence. You then go on to say that the amp was turning on without the DSP powered up (so no voltage on the amp remote power input terminal). That's a problem.
So is the comment about the amp being supersensitive to RCA input. That should have nothing to do with remote power control to the amp. That amp either gets it's remote-on signal from the remote power input or is signal sensed on the high-level inputs (not the RCAs).
The 3rd thing is the DSP powering up with nothing connected to the RCA inputs with the TURN-ON switch set to RCA. Signal sensed remote power control is often a hassle (to say the least) and I avoid it if at all possible.
What HU do you have and how is it connected to the DSP inputs?
1) I'd go back to setting the DSP TURN-ON to REM and use a REM IN input from a switched source like the power adaptor in the fairing. Confirm the DSP powers up and down correctly. Confirm that the DSP remote power output also operates correctly (+12VDC when DSP is on and nothing when off)
2) Same with the amp. I'd use the remote in power lead from the DSP to power up the amp. If it's powering up with the DSP powered off, and you've confirmed have no power on the remote power lead, contact SD.
3) if the DSP TURN-ON is set to RCA and it powers up with no RCAs connected at the inputs I'd contact DD (but again I'd not use SPK or RCA setting on TURN-ON)
This all sounds like poor grounding but the problem description has me confused.

Stock HU > PAC SNI 35 > DSP (set to remote) > SD1200 EVOX
Did some more troubleshooting this morning. With the bike powered on and the HU off, a signal is still being sent through the PAC 35 through the DSP (even though it’s off) to the amp which turns on because of the RCA sensitivity. How can I block the RCA signal before it reaches the DSP?
Last night there must have been some residual signal (idk if that’s possible) once I disconnected the rca input into the dsp to still turn on the amp.
