i ran across this coupon for 40% off on the DB DRIVE website and i used it to purchase a set of the new moto g2s with the compression driver. less than 200$ with the coupon. they’re definitely worth that price imo. i really am digging this version a lot. it’s not going to dethrone the yellow basket coaxials i don’t believe but still a great riders speaker for loud amd clear at 80mph.

Did you get the G2 or the CD? Local shop suggested the CD which has the compression driver but the at least spec wise the CD version seems to play a little lower and higher in the frequency range.

 

i bought the set with compression driver. they’re way better than previous models imo. not as “bright”

I wonder if anyone has done a deep dive into the specs to see how different the DB Moto stuff is compared to the Euphoria XPert Moto stuff? A sticker? Same design, different material?
