the plug i have is for the boom amp in the fairing only. but yes if your cvo had two amps (one in fairing and one in the bags ) you’d need another plug for the bag amp. this plug has the rear outs on it though. i bought the AHB plug but i’d also bought a RF amplifier hook up kit with the amp rack and it came with the same plug so i ended up with two. i’ll find the link to it and post it for you

That's a great deal Rcloud and I'll keep it in mind as I gather the parts. Looks like I need a few more bypass plugs as I also have amps in both bags, so a kit with all of 'em may be the way to go.

Can I check my HU for this .bin?

Hold the mute button while you power up, that will get up into the menu for the file on the GT's

Couple of questions related to this suggestion.
Best way to hook up the 4-channel amp (to my 6 speakers) if I went with the 2400.4?
Would the 800.4 power the 4-GZCF's up front sufficiently, or do I really need a 1200 for them if I stay with the 2-amp system?
Also, I'm still confused on the need for using a DSP. I have some pretty significant high-end hearing loss, so will I gain any benefit by using it?

Thanks for any help.

Your original plan is a good one. Those GZ's will need more than the SD 800 can supply for 2 sets of them, in my opinion. The DSP will allow you to install without a line level, give you equalization, able to turn gains on channels up and down as needed, better control using HP/LP settings, separate channels for tuning etc......I would never leave home without one. I was adding a set of lowers and Shannon suggested the 2400, and glad I did. Made the install simpler, saved room and a little cheaper. Gave me a ton of options moving forward.

OK, guys, time to hook all this crap up and tune it, so I need the next round of advice,

I ended up with:

2018 CVO Street Glide
Stock HU
DSR1
EVOX 1200.4 4 ohm for 4-GZCF Yellow Baskets (upper and lower fairing)
EVOX 800.4 4 ohm for 2-MMAT's 6x9 (saddlebags)
AGB cable assemblies for all of it

My questions at this point are regarding how to use the amps. I should have gotten a 2 ohm version of the 1200, but didn't. Do I just use all four channels straight up, or will I benefit from employing other methods of connection? And the 800 in the rear?

Thanks...again, and more to come.

I would do this
1200.4 straight up to the upper GZ's and the Mmats in the lids.
800.4 bridged to the lowers.
That will allow you to send more power to the lowers and blend the sound.

I hadn't even considered that. Sounds reasonable, but the cable assemblies that I purchased connects the 800 (mounted in the saddlebag) to the lid speakers.
