Amp location on 2008 down EG
Just out of curiosity, where you guys have your amps mount on bike? I’ve got a 2004 EG with 1200.4 and 800.4 in fairing and with outer fairing on it’s right up against 800.4. Been thinking about putting 800.4 in saddlebags?

leave it unless the fairings not going all the way on or you can put it in a bag but id leave it up front

I keep them in the fairing if at all possible. The 1200 and 800 will fit easily with an aftermarket radio.

I dont have 2 amps but I have an Amp and DSP in my 08. I used the metra Amp Bracket but trimmed the edges a little as they were contacting the fairing

I make my own brackets. Most are simple and easy to do.

Ndfastin how much for one of your custom brackets and do you have one ready to go? Need more power for my 4 speaker system lol!
