Default Thoughts on Soundz

Like the title says, looking for opinions from anyone who has experience with Soundz in Daytona beach. I want to ditch all the boom 2 stuff and they were recommended to me. Looks like around $3200 for their top stuff installed on my 6 speaker cvo. Thoughts/opinions?

Overpriced mediocre rebranded equipment. Could build 2x the system for that kinda coin. Heard plenty of their setups and have never been impressed. I dont think you're gonna find many who likes them on here.

Guess I will tool around the vendors at Dayton in a few weeks and see what’s offered. I just want something better than the stock boom 2 that won’t blow speakers every 6 months

I have to chime in on this as a few of us heard their stuff in sturgis and I have to tell you it sounded good. Although it is over priced I gotta say it wasn’t bad at all. I do know their CS is also good. Yes you can build a setup for far less that will sound better but for the average joe it is good.

yeah can’t say I’m jazzed to drop 3200 on speakers and an amp but if it was truly that big of a difference it would make it a little easier. Hopefully some good vendors will be out with some demos I can hear

We stopped by the Soundz tent while we were in Sturgis just to see what all the fuss was about. The girl there explained all the different speaker and amp options and played them all for us. They even had a couple demo bikes set up to listen to. I'll be the first to admit the only thing I was disappointed in was the price. The prices were pretty much absurd from entry level setup all the way to their top of the line setups. $3200 for a 6 speaker setup is gouging plain and simple. You can have much better for much less if you are willing to do the install.

Quik ,,,,,

soundz has been around along time and is at most of the big shows ,,,,,,,

if you are going to Daytona in March to get your Boom II stuff removed ,,,, stop by the Big J&M Audio trailer first to hear what we have, then you can go over to sounds and compare performance verses price to the J&M ROKKER ,,,,,

you can also schedule an install appointment with J&M by sending email to the address in my signature line ,,,,,
