Totally agree with that statement. It's gonna be interesting for sure as we have progressed in the last 2 years. Some more than others.

The Farmer's Almanac has the long term weather in the area as sunny and warm starting the 26th and staying nice until the end of the month.
Don't get me wrong, I'll still pack my rain gear...but I'm an optimist.
