If you rode the west shoreline of lake MI through WI, you were 15 min from my house

 

Came close... We rode the shoreline from Petoskey to Mackinaw, over the Mackinac Bridge through the UP to Grand Marais then over to Picture Rocks. Then south along the western shoreline to Green Bay. At that point we headed west.

Didn't quite explore WI and I left wanting to return. If I can make this trip I might check-out the ferry as an option.

 

LOL Even at Green Bay, you were 1/2 hour away

 

I gotta agree, that was funny!🙂

 

Heading in to town this weekend to personally check out the hotels amenities and price packages.
