Default Headset inop Ultra Limited

I have a 15 FLHTK and I can't get the headset to play audio or phone calls. I tried 2 separate headsets. But when I switch audio from bike to headset I loose sound. Also when the directional lights are flashing I hear a loud clicking in the headset ear piece. I also have a constant buzzing sound in the ear piece. My phone connects to the bike via Bluetooth. I can hear the calls if I change the audio settings to Bike instead of headset and I am able to stream music via bt.
TIA for any help or suggestions.

Have you tried the headsets in the passenger location, see if it's maybe the plug for the rider? If you're hearing turn signal clicks, and buzzing, you've likely got a wiring issue, or interference going on somewhere.

No I haven't . I'll give it a try. I was also thinking of a loose ground causing the buzzing and clicking issue. But other than that the system works fine.

Thanks

The rear jack sounds horrible. inaudible. But the front has no sound at all. i remove the front fairing and seat and don't see any loose connectors, Not sure if the radio has taken a dump. I recently updated the firmware of the head unit. Wondering if this is related to the update. If it wasn't for the Bluetooth calling issue I would swap out to the Sony 7000

Correction! Found a loose connector on behind the fairing. The plug wasn't snapped in all the way. But now after researching and seeing some of the new radio and Bluetooth options for the FLHTK I think I am going to switch out for the Sony AX7000 and some Cardo headsets.
