The Road King kit contains the saddlebag speaker kit, amplifier, wiring harness and cutting templates. The kit is specifically wired for the included TM400X4ad amplifier with a typical birth sheet of 580~590 Watts. That's real power, so it's plenty powerful enough to get as loud as you want.

Agree, the Advanblack lowers and lower speaker pods are an excellent design. The RK kit already has speaker line out for front lowers, just need a waterproof Deutsch connector / pin kit to extend the speaker line to the lowers and you'll be done!

DEUTSCH™ #DT06-4S is the connector part number required when adding Front Lower Speakers to the expansion connector.

There are plenty of places that have them online, here's the DigiKey catalog:

Default dsp and still got those kappa 6x9s?

If it were me, I'd follow Fireball's suggestion, but throw a DSP in the mix. It will be a vital part of your system as you upgrade. I have the DD DSI-2 and I stream from my phone to it via BT, out to my 3 amps. Works flawlessly in my RKS. Easier to tune than a Rockford DSR-1. I have that in my Ram Rebel and really don't like that DSP.
I agree on the dsp. Adds so much control. However a dvc sub is a must if a sub at all. And Btw...do you still have those infinity kappa 6x9s for sale?
