I have a 2014 Street Glide Special. Stock bluetooth stereo. Everything worked fine with the link between my phone and system (I pretty much only use it for streaming music), but now I can not connect to my phone. I got a new android this year and the system does not show up on my list of available devices on either the stereo or the phone. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. J

 

I know this is simplistic but always start with the basics, any way that your Bluetooth got turned off on your phone somehow? I am an iPhone guy so not much help with android settings

also if you use a USB cable to hook to the bike radio does it see it and play music?

 

Yes, all bluetooth settings are on. I have not tried connecting with a cable. I will try that next.

Guess I'm too IT challenged. What does this wireless thing do that plugging my iPhone into the USB on the bike doesn't already do? I can just get my 12 Max Pro (with small protector cover) into the right side of my '21 RG Limited.

 

I was having the same issue along with the HU dropping the Bluetooth signal once I got rolling if it connected. I took the bike in for an update to the software and cleared the problem. Hope that helps.
