For you guys that installed the VTWIN Tour-Pak adapters, did you have to trim the inner ring to get your speakers to sit flat? I tried a set of DD VO-M65 and the set of DD VO-MN65. The basket would not fit through the inner ring to allow the speaker flange to sit flush on the ring. Anyone else have this problem?

 

I have the adapters, but have MMATS speakers. No trimming of adapter or speaker for me. I did have to rotate the speakers so the terminals cleared the switches on TP though.

PA601's? I have a pair of Neo 600's that will NOT fit with the V-Twin adapters.n If you did use the 601's, what grills did you use? I have them in the front, but they didn't come with grills.

yep, pa601’s. I used the grills that cane with the vtwin adapters. A few dabs of silicone around the circumference and they stay put. I do have a pair of the pa601s for sale if you decide to go that route. In the classifieds
