That depends on how much worth you're expecting? I don't think anyone here will tell ya "yea go ahead, it'll suffice".

you mean it wont be rattling windows as i go by lol. i get that it wont be the loudest out there but it must be better than the booms?
the only reason i said kappas is they are 2 ohms as i have not found any 2 ohms speakers

That’s what did. Kappas first then an amp. They are decent speakers and will be better than what you have but they’ll need an amp so don’t put it off too long.

UltraGlide I know this is off topic but how the heck did you get mytune working? The SuperTuner software made more sense to me than the mytune did

I didn't even read the part about the Amp sorry. Anything you add will just about beat the booms. I kept mine just incase I can ever use them for anyrbint

I wouldn’t say a lot better but definitely better than stock. They need an amp to be heard on the highway and they can take 150 watts easy. There are better speakers but they are solid quality. If I was to do it again I’d go with something like the mmat cx or the quantum q65 look interesting. Both play loud and are efficient. My kappas have served me well and no complaints just looking for better now.

Thanks Ultraglide I could never get Mytune to the point to where I could paste the values from the SE software into it. I figure they made it so dumb folks couldn't use it so we wouldn't blow up our bikes.
